Welcome to the Belmont HUB (Helping Unite Belmont). We are a community organisation dedicated to bringing together the residents of Belmont through a common meeting place, programs and opportunities.  Welcome from the Board Mission Statement: The HUB is a multi-purpose, inter-generational centre through which our community can foster a sense of belonging and pride by taking charge of our growth and development. The Belmont HUB CAP site aims to raise awareness of the Internet to everyone. The internet offers limitless possibilities, and we're here to ensure that everyone has access to those possibilities. Objectives: - To ascertain the interest and support of Belmont residents, organizations, businesses, service clubs, churches and of agencies from all levels of government - to provide age appropriate activities and programs for all age groups - to provide space for community organizations to meet - to provide a safe, structured youth centre - to create partnerships with existing agencies and organizations - to encourage employment training, upgrading skills, and counselling for economic development - to create a plan for sustainable location and programming - to secure funding for operational and capital costs Note: Are you interested in volunteer hours? Do you want to become an active member in your community, need help building your resume or fill mandatory volunteer hours for high school?
