Background
The ElginConnects project is a vital and working partnership between public and private partners that is moving forward to the benefit of all who are living and working in Elgin County.
Our mandate is to increase Information Technology access in Elgin through advanced infrastructure and a powerful portal. In effect, this will provide a single-access-point for all community information, goods and services.
It should be noted that ElginConnects is the only project in the Province to receive Federal and Provincial funding for both the infrastructure and the portal. We are setting new standards for others in rural environments to follow.
