ST. THOMAS TRANSIT

The City's Conventional Transit Services continues to enjoy a significant increase in its ridership each year since the City reinstituted the half-hour service level for each of its four transit routes, and has now reached an annual ridership level of about 330,000. The Service combines the Conventional Transit with the Paratransit Service, a personalized door-to-door transportation service for residents with physical disabilities.

All City residents have a transit stop within 300m of their home and are encouraged to use this environmentally friendly mode of transportation which also assists in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions into the air.
